The Issue #5 Kickstarter Campaign Launches March 24!

I’m very excited to announce the launch of our latest Kickstarter Campaign for Shaolin Nun, issue #5. The log line is deceptively simple:
“While recovering from last issue's injuries, Mei Yin tells her friends about her dark past as the bad guys close in.”
But this, our penultimate issue, finally reveals the truth about Mei Yin’s dark past and sets up Mei Yin to crash into the third act!
After I finished writing the first six issues, I shared the scripts with a friend. I don’t know that she had much experience with comic book scripts, but she was enjoying reading them so much so that when she finished each script, she immediately asked for the next. And when she finished with the fifth issue, there were tears.
And it’s not just the writing that I’m proud of with this issue. Check out Tiah’s incredible artwork!
